3. User Eligibility

- Users under 18 require parental consent
- Users under 13 require explicit parental consent and supervision
Capacity to Consent
- Users with cognitive disabilities may use the App with appropriate support
- Caregivers may assist with consent and ongoing use
- Legal guardians may provide consent on behalf of users when appropriate
4. Account Registration

- No refunds for partial subscription periods
